WHOLESALE PRICING:

​All prices are listed in AU dollars. Retailers will receive wholesale pricing being approximately 50% off the retail price, plus the cost of shipping. Due to the unique nature of our materials and designs, prices and availability are subject to change without notice. ​The recommended retail price of our products (the “RRP”) provided on the price list are the requested minimum price outside of sales and specials.

 

​MINIMUM SPEND:

​A minimum order of $250 is required for wholesale orders, plus shipping. Initial orders must be paid in full with credit card or direct transfer before you will be put on the production schedule.

Orders can include ready to ship items from our retail store at wholesale prices, together with wholesale made to order products.

 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS:

​Custom designs are available with pricing based on the scope of the project. Please contact us on info@yiska.com.au to enquire or request a quote.

 

​​PRODUCTION TIME:

​Once your order is received by Yiska Designs you will be contacted to confirm the details and be given an estimated dispatch date. The average production time for wholesale orders is 2-3 weeks, with larger orders occasionally taking longer to fulfil. Orders placed during busy seasons also may have longer production times. In the unlikely event a delay occurs we would communicate changes with you promptly.

Should you require an order urgently, please contact us to discuss. Rush orders may incur additional fees.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

​All orders are shipped via Australia Post from Melbourne, Australia. Expedited shipping methods and other carriers may be used at the retailer's expense, on request. International orders are subject to various customs restrictions and may have different shipping requirements or incur extra duty fees or taxes. The retailer is responsible for all shipping and customs related expenses that may occur.

 

DAMAGES & DEFECTS:

We strongly recommend that you inspect all shipments immediately upon receipt. Please contact us within seven (7) days of receipt of damaged or defective shipments and keep all packaging while we process your return. Returned shipments will be repaired or replaced with new products if unable to be repaired. Returned shipments will not be accepted after seven days, or if returned without contacting us to report damage or defects as outlined above.

 

​RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

As your wholesale order has been made specifically for you, your shipment may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of damaged or defective shipments as noted above.

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after the order has been placed, provided production has not yet commenced.

 

​HANDMADE DISCREPANCIES:

​Due to the unique nature of our processes and the natural materials we use in our designs, no two items will ever be exactly the same. The items shown in our shop are a close representation of the finished items you will receive.

 

MISREPRESENTATION:

​Retailers are not permitted, under any circumstance, to display and/or sell our designs, whether on their premises or elsewhere, without the packaging/labelling provided and/or to represent themselves or any other entity as the creator and/or designer of our products, in whole or in part. ​It is illegal to provide misleading, false or fraudulent information to establish a wholesale relationship and receive discounted prices for anything other than re-sale purposes.
